Guideline for Abstract and Full Paper Submission:

All participants are invited to submit abstracts or full papers. Submitted abstracts or full papers will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance by the Organizing Committee.

Abstracts must be submitted via the website ( only. After successful submission, you will receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission via e-mail. If you do not receive an acknowledgement after your abstract submission, please do not hesitate to drop us an e-mail at

Once your abstract is accepted for presentation, you will receive an acknowledgement of abstract acceptance for presentation. All presenting authors can also choose to submit a full paper for publication either in the conference proceedings or in the Journal of Applied Science (TCI1 indexed journal). For Journal of Applied Science, only 20 - 25 qualified manuscripts will be selected by a committee for publication. Please follow the guidelines and templates below when you prepare your abstract and full paper.

You can make a payment once you get the notification of acceptance. Only accepted abstracts or full paper will be published after the full payment of registration fee has been made. (Please make a payment by October 31, 2017).

Poster Guideline :

Poster size: A0 size (90 * 120 cm, wide * high) in portrait format ONLY. A poster number will be assigned to each presenter and will be announce along with the presentation date. All poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their own poster.

Lettering and Figures: Lettering for the title should be large. Font type and size are not restricted. However, text should be readable from a distance of 2 m. Simple typefaces are preferable to fancy fonts. Figures should be simple and bold and must contain sufficient detail to be able to stand alone, i.e. graph axes clearly labeled, symbols fully explained, etc.

Presentation Guideline : Time allocation for each presenter;

Plenary lecture is 40 min including Q&A

Invited speaker is 30 min including Q&A

Oral presentation is 15 min including Q&A
